Finn

Finn is a teen boy who lives on the “surface”. He has a hobby of surfing, and doesn’t really have friends due to his eccentricities. He’s a bit of a troublemaker, doing things as he pleases, like going out to places no one should be. Like most people who live on the surface, he is poor and lives with a surrogate family that all work the same jobs.

Finn is very close with Molli, and develops an unlikely friendship between Molli and Dr. Shikajima. All three go out of their way to see each other, and this friendship between the three leads to uncovering veils that were never meant to be lifted.
